Different Pronunciations of Consonants : 'c, g, s, t & y'

स्वर की भाँति हिन्दी में व्यंजन का उच्चारण भी सभी स्थान पर एक समान रहता है परंतु अँग्रेज़ी में कुछ व्यंजनों के उच्चारण हर स्थान पर समान नही रहते हैं। नियम ज्यादातर मामलों में काम करते हैं, लेकिन अपवाद भी हैं क्योंकि अंग्रेजी एक विशाल भाषा है, और यह अन्य भाषाओं से बड़ी संख्या में शब्द उधार लेती है।

Pronunciation of consonants in the Hindi language remains the same in all places like vowels but in English language pronunciation of few consonants are not exact at every position. The rules work in most cases, but there are exceptions as English is a vast language, and it borrows a large number of words from other languages.

In English, the letter 'c' has different pronunciation -, ka, sa & sha. The rules are easy to follow; just try to practice regularly.

Consonant 'c' का उच्चारण 'क' -

The most common pronunciation of consonant 'c' is 'Ke' or 'क'. When in a word consonant 'c' is followed by 'a,o,u,k,r', then 'c' gives 'k' sound.
