Polite Words act as padding to prevent any possible conflict situations. At the same time, polite words also show the dignified behaviour of the speaker.

अँग्रेज़ी भाषा तो शिष्टाचार की भाषा है और थोड़ी सी भी अशिष्टता या रूखापन कम्यूनिकेशन में सकारात्मक प्रभाव को कम कर देता है. जैसे जल्दी जल्दी में या अधीरता में हम विनम्रता भूल आदेशात्मक भाव में कह जाते हैं जो बातचीत के प्रभाव को कम कर सकता है. आइए हम निम्नलिखित उदाहरणों से Polite वाक्य और Impolite वाक्य के बीच के अंतर को समझते हैं।
