'Y' Consonant as a Vowel.

'y' का एक स्वर के रूप में 'आई' के short उच्चारण वाले शब्द - Use of 'Y', as a Vowel with short 'i' sound.

'Y' can also sound like a short 'i' vowel sound. There are words where 'y' comes in the middle of a word and makes a very short 'i' sound. Examples of such words are given below.
