Subject and Predicate (Verb & Object)

Object

ऑब्जेक्ट वाक्य का वह व्यक्ति या वस्तु है जिस पर क्रिया की कार्रवाई होती है या जिस पर क्रिया का प्रभाव पड़ता है। वर्ब साधारणतया ऑब्जेक्ट से पहले आता है।

An Object is the person or thing of a sentence on which the action of the verb occurs or on which the verb has an effect. The verb usually precedes the object.

आइए एक उदाहरण से इसे समझते हैं:

किसान खेत जोत रहे हैं। इस वाक्य में कर्ता 'किसान' है जो कार्य कर रहे हैं। क्रिया 'जोतना' है, जो यह बताता है की कर्ता क्या कर रहे हैं। ऑब्जेक्ट 'खेत' है, जो क्रिया के कार्य 'जोतना' से प्रभावित है।

Farmers are ploughing the field. - In this sentence, subject is ‘farmer’ who is performing action. Verb is ‘plough + ing’ as it is telling what subject is doing. Object is ‘field’, as it is affected by the action of verb (ploughing). More Examples

Negative and Interrogative Sentences

अभी तक अध्ययन किए गए पाठ में हमने - "मैं, वह, तुम, मेरा, हमारा, तुम्हारा, उसका, उसकी तथा वस्तु / व्यक्ति के संबंध बताने वाले शब्द का, के, की" के बारे में सीखा है। हमने इनके सकारात्मक वाक्यों के बारे में अध्ययन किया है। अब हम नकारात्मक और प्रश्नात्मक वाक्यों के बारे मे सीखेंगे।

In the lessons studied so far, we have learned about the words "I, he, you, my, our, your, his and words to denote relation of a person or thing like hers, theirs and Apostrophe ('s). We have studied its Affirmative sentences. Now we will learn about Negative and Interrogative sentences.
