Present Perfect Tense -Interrogative And Interrogative-Negative की हिन्दी में पहचान: वाक्यों
वाक्य के अन्त में 'आया है', 'गया है', 'गई हैं', 'लिया है', 'दिया है', 'दी है', 'ली है', 'चुका है', 'चुकी है', 'चुके हैं' आदि का प्रयोग होता है। प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य के आरंभ में 'क्या' का प्रयोग आवश्यक है और प्रश्नात्मक-नकारात्मक वाक्य में शुरू
में 'क्या' के साथ वाक्य में 'नही' का प्रयोग भी आवश्यक है। हम Present Perfect Tense का
उपयोग उस काम को व्यक्त करने के लिए करते हैं जो अभी समाप्त हुआ है (यानी बोलते वक्त) और यदि काम पूरा हो गया है तो काम शुरू होने और पूरा होने के समय का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है।
प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य - 'Has/Have' से शुरु होता है। वाक्य के अन्त में फुल स्टाप (.) के स्थान पर प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?) लगाया जाता है।
प्रश्नात्मक और नकारात्मक वाक्य - 'Has/Have' से शुरु होता है और वर्ब की तीसरी फॉर्म से पहले 'Not' लगाते हैं।
दोनो प्रकार के वाक्यों के अन्त में प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?)लगाया जाता है।
We use the Present Perfect Tense to express the work that has just been finished (i.e. while speaking) and if the work
has been completed, then the time of commencement and completion of the work is not mentioned.
Interrogative sentence - Starts with 'Has/Have'. Interrogative and Negative sentence - Starts with 'Has/Have'
and 'Not' is added before 3rd form of Verb.
Question Mark (?) is affixed at the end of both the sentences in place of Full Stop (.).
Rule of Present Perfect Tense -Interrogative And Interrogative-Negative

Look at these sentences:
| क्या किसी जज ने किसी बलात्कारी को मौत की सजा सुनाई है? | Has any judge given a death sentence to any rapist? |
| क्या अब राजा एक गरीब आदमी बन गया है? | Has the king now become a poor man? |
| क्या पुलिस ने उसको बहुत मारा हैं ? | Has the police beaten him too much? |
| क्या तुम्हारा बेटा जाग गया हैं ? | Has your son awakened? |
| क्या सभी ने अपना सामान नहीं चेक किया है? | Has everyone not checked his luggage? |
| क्या उसने अपना राज छुपाया है? | Has she hidden her secret? |
| क्या तुमने उसे धोखा नही दिया हैं ? | Have you not deceived him? |
| क्या उन्होंने सभी सबूतों को नष्ट नहीं किया है? | Have they not destroyed all the evidence? |
| क्या आपने डॉक्टर से मिलने का समय ले लिया है? | Have you taken the appointment of the doctor? |
| क्या वह डिग्री पाने में कामयाब हो गई है? | Has she managed to get the degree? |
| क्या आपने अपने मित्र को अपने रिज़ल्ट के बारे में सूचित नहीं किया है? | Have you not informed your friend about your result? |
| क्या आपने गुरुत्वाकर्षण कानून को समझ लिया है? | Have you understood the law of gravity? |
| क्या किसी ने मेरे ठिकाने के बारे में पूछा है? | Has anybody asked about my whereabouts? |
| क्या उसने नौकरी छोड़ने का फैसला ले लिया है? | Has she decided to quit the job? |
| क्या तुमने उसे मनाया नही है? | Have you not convinced her? |
उपरोक्त वाक्यों में हमने देखते हैं की कार्य पूरा हो गया है परंतु कार्य समापन का समय नही दिया है
In the above sentences, we see that the work is completed but the time of completion of the work is not given.
