Adverbs - क्रियाविशेषण
Adverb एक ऐसा शब्द है जो किसी अन्य क्रिया, विशेषण, अन्य क्रियाविशेषण, वाक्य-खंड या वाक्यांश की विशेषता को संशोधित या वर्णित करता है। आइए निम्नलिखित उदाहरणों में देखें कि एक वाक्य में क्रिया-विशेषण कैसे कार्य करते हैं: -
An Adverb is a word that modifies or describes an attribute of another verb, adjective, another adverb, sentence clause or phrase.
Let's see in the following examples how adverbs function in a sentence:-
| उसने अपनी परीक्षा में तेजी से लिखा। | She wrote fast in her exam. |
| fast' शब्द क्रिया 'wrote' को संशोधित करता है इसलिए यह adverb है। | The word 'fast' modifies the verb 'wrote' so its an adverb. |
| रीना का व्यंजन बहुत स्वादिष्ट था। | Reena's dish was very tasty. |
| very' शब्द विशेषण 'tasty' को संशोधित करता है, इसलिए यह एक adverb है। | The word 'very' modifies the adjective 'tasty' so it is an adverb. |
| सोनू ने इंटरव्यू के दौरान धीरे-धीरे बात की। | Sonu spoke rather slowly during the interview. |
| शब्द 'slowly' एक adverb है क्योंकि यह वाक्य में 'spoke' क्रिया को संशोधित करता है। शब्द 'rather' adverb 'slowly' को संशोधित करता है इसलिए यह भी क्रिया विशेषण है। | The word 'slowly' is an adverb because it modifies the verb 'spoke' in the sentence. The word 'rather' modifies adverb 'slowly' hence it is also an adverb. |
| वह तेजी से तैरता है, यह अच्छा है। | He swims fast, that is good. |
| शब्द 'fast' क्रिया को 'swims' को संशोधित कर रहा है, इसलिए यह adverb है और उपवाक्य 'that is good' क्रियाविशेषण 'fast' के गुण में और वृद्धि कर रहा है एक adverb clause है। | The word 'fast' is modifying the verb 'swims' so its an adverb and clause 'that is good' is further adding the value to the adverb 'fast' is an adverb clause. |

There are three kinds of Adverbs:
A. Simple Adverb
B. Relative Adverb
C. Interrogative Adverb
