2. Proper Adjective

Proper Adjective एक शब्द है जो एक Proper noun की विशेषता बताता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा से बने विशेषण को व्यक्तिवाचक विशेषण कहा जाता है। Proper Adjective आमतौर पर Adjective of Quality के साथ वर्गीकृत किए जाते हैं।

A Proper Adjective is a word that describes a Proper Noun. In other words, an adjective formed from a Proper Noun is called as Proper Adjective. Proper Adjectives are generally classed with Adjectives of Quality.

यह मलेशियाई हवाई जहाज था जो समुद्र में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया।	It was the Malaysian aeroplane that crashed into the sea.
स्टेडियम के चारों ओर भारतीय झंडे थे।	There were Indian flags around the stadium.
मेरा भाई अपनी अमेरिकी दुल्हन को पंजाब ले आया।	My brother brought his American bride to Punjab.

Note: गुणवत्ता के विशेषण प्रश्न 'किस तरह का?'का उत्तर देते हैं।
Adjectives of Quality answer the question: 'Of what kind?'

3. Adjective of Quantity

वे संज्ञा या सर्वनाम की मात्रा या वजन का वर्णन करते हैं। वे सवाल 'कितना?'का जवाब देते हैं। मात्रा सामान्य श्रेणियों में है, जैसे आधे, पूर्ण, कई, बहुत, केवल, थोड़ा, कुछ, छोटे, पर्याप्त, पूरे, सभी, कोई नहीं, पर्याप्त, डबल, बहुत अधिक आदि।

They describe the amount or weight of a noun or pronoun. They answer the question 'how much?' The amount is in general categories like half, full, many, lot, only, some, few, little, enough, whole, all, none, enough, double, substantial etc.

मैंने खुद बिरयानी की एक पूरी प्लेट ख़त्म की।	I finished a full plate of biryani myself.
सुनीता द्वारा किए गए प्रयास की मात्रा पर्याप्त नहीं है।	The amount of effort put in by Sunita is not enough.
शो के लिए कुछ सामने की पंक्ति के टिकट बचे हैं।	Few front row tickets are left for the show.
छात्रों में से किसी ने भी पिकनिक के लिए हाँ नहीं कहा।	None of the students said yes for the picnic.
