Note-1 : यदि Active Voice में कोई Preposition वर्ब के साथ जुड़ा हो तो Passive Voice में वर्ब की थर्ड फॉर्म के साथ उस Preposition को लगाया जाता है।

Example
We thought over the problem.	The problem was thought over by us.
She acceded to my request.	My request acceded to by her.
He laughs at Shyam.	Shyam is laughed at by him.
He is setting up a new business.	A new business is being set up by him.
The thief broke into the house.	The house was broken into by the thief.

Note-2 : निम्नलिखित वर्ब के पश्चात Passive Voice में By का प्रयोग नही होता है बल्कि इनके सामने लिखे Preposition का प्रयोग होता है:

Verb	By के स्थान पर
Alarmed	at
Annoyed	at
Contained	in
Disgusted	with
Displeased	with (a person)
Pleased	with (a person)
Displeased	at (Behavious)
Pleased	at (Behavious)
Lined	with
Married	with (a girl)
Married	to (a boy)
Satisfied	with
Surprised	at
Offended	with (a person)
Offended	at (Behavious)
Known	to

Example
She knows me.	I am known to her.
The news alarmed him.	He was alarmed at the news.
This bottle contains cough syrup.	Cough syrup is contained in this bottle.
Vedika's dance has surprised us.	We have been surprised at Vedika's dance.
